A walk crossing a drive is not continuous as required and is a safety issue. It's an error in the NCARB passing example too.
New coniferous trees block some of the view of the pond from the restaurant. Move them upwind.
No need for a second walk to the public walk.
The PP can overlap the building entry rectangle.
