It looks to me like your top swale on the south side is too shallow a slope. Did you verify the slope %? there's a pinned post at the top in this forum on how to do that.

Otherwise, it just looks like you moved too many lines. you don't need your swales to bow out like you've drawn, that just wastes time and you want to minimize the time spent on this vignette.

This was my first try, so will definitely take into account your feedback when solving this again.

I did check the slope and verified minimum spacing between slopes is at least 5 feet.
