Site Design Vignette Try #1

Postby Andresmario » Sat Sep 16, 2017 2:13 pm

All,

I would appreciate some comments regarding this solution.
In terms of the Office Tower main entrance opening directly onto the Plaza, I can't get the software to precisely align the edges of the plaza and the entry. If they overlap by one click, would that be a violation of the Non Overlaping of the Plaza?

Thanks all

Not sure if you can see the Office Tower entrance from Bentley Ave.

SEVERE over use of new coniferous trees. Why are they downwind of the restaurant? Why are there so many?
Coniferous trees should NEVER overlap paving. See the tree diagrams. You cannot walk or drive under them.
Coniferous trees block views. Why are they between the restaurant and pond?
West end of the PP has no winter wind protection.
OT entry is recessed and is not visible from Bentley.

Entry rectangles can overlap the PP. Overlap of the non-blue area is not an error.

Very easily verified. Use the check function. If it's red, it's dead. Otherwise it's fine.
