Just quickly looking at this,

The pedestrian walk doesn't connect to the existing pedestrian walk.
The entry drive looks like it inadvertently got shifted off-square. it's supposed to be perpendicular to the street for at least 20'.
There appears to be a hole through which wind could get under the deciduous trees to the northeast- you added one conifer around the existing trees. not sure if that matters.
I think the service area is visible from the plaza - your little bit of plaza to connect the front of the Office Tower still counts as plaza.

Thank you! Helpful suggestions for improvement. Could you explain the "existing walk" to me?

OT must open DIRECTLY to the PP.
Missing walk to the public walk.
Forcing service vehicles through the parking area is poor design logic.
OT may violate 5' drive offset.
Winter wind protection for the PP has gaps.

Walks are not a part of the plaza.
