SG -
How did you verify the minimum slope?

SD -
Missing walk to the HCP parking spaces.
West side of the PP has no winter wind protection.
A walk crossing a drive is not continuous as required and is a safety issue.
Deciduous trees are not in the program.

SG-

Max Slope =
20%
W =1'/.20 = 5'

Min Slope =
2%
W = 1' .02 = 50'

SD-
I caught the HCP Walk after I submitted.
Prevailing winds are coming form the Northeast , coniferous trees are located within the area?
A walk crossing a drive is not continuous as required and is a safety issue? I don't see this as being an issue , the passing solutions all have this?
Deciduous trees are not in the program.
The program requires to block the service drive with either a building or tree, I placed deciduous trees

That's the math. How did you apply it for the minimum slope?

Prevailing winds are coming form the Northeast , coniferous trees are located within the area? Yes they are. West side of the PP has no winter wind protection.
A walk crossing a drive is not continuous as required and is a safety issue? I don't see this as being an issue , the passing solutions all have this? Sample passing solutions contain errors. They are passing, not perfect. Repeating their errors is not recommended.

The program requires to block the service drive with either a building or tree, I placed deciduous trees That's not what the program says,
and deciduous trees do not block views. You need to look at the tree diagram in the program.
