Any comments would be greatly appreciated. First Attempt. I have a few things Im uncertain about. Are vegetation buffers necessary in the parking lot? Also am I satisfying the view requirements?

restaurant view to the pond is blocked with Confucius trees. OT entrance doesn't have good view to Bentley ave. PP view to service drive is not blocked.
