On the Site Grading I believe contour 108 should be angled down slope when it passes by the uphill side of the building to create a crown and divert water to the edges where you have the swales. As you are showing it contours 108 and 109 are too straight and water can still flow down to the building.

you mean creating a berm in contour line 108 &109?

DO NOT create berms. Totally unnecessary. Runoff will turn when it reaches the swale.
