Site Design - 1st Attempt

Any comments or insight would be helpful. Questions...
1. A small part of the noon sun on the PP is blocked by an existing conifer on the South side (in the Southeast corner of the PP). I've only removed 4 trees... would it be shift my plaza to kill that tree so it gets removed as well? Or is some (minimal) shading on the PP from the south side ok?
2. Is the way the walkway meets up with the OT entry and PP ok in that area?
