I see a couple of things.

I don't think the 3 H stalls are completely within 100' of the OT entry
West end of the PP is not protected from winter wind
Your driveway does not cut into Bentley. It stops short of the curb cut
View of pond from Restaurant is not great

View of pond from Restaurant is not great

Also coniferous trees cannot overlap paving. You cannot drive or walk under them...look at the tree diagrams.

Thank you both for the comments. The driveway connection is a wake up call.
As far as the 3 H stalls. Do all three stalls need to be within 100' of the entry? I positioned them so that the bank of 3 spaces together are within 100'. The furthest stall is probably more than 100'.
