Please review my first try on site design. I also have couple of questions

1. can the walkway from handicap spaces to OT main entrance be part of PP?
2: when they say the restaurant needs view to the pond does that mean the whole long length of the restaurant should be free of any structure or coniferous tree?

I just noticed I don't have enough separation between OT and Restaurant.
