A walk crossing a drive is not continuous as required and is a safety issue.
The new tree at the SW corner of the restaurant is not needed. the south face of the restaurant is not visible from the PP without the new tree.
Pedestrian circulation must reach all 3 HCP parking spaces.
A walk running along the edge of the PP is redundant.
The new walk should not create a 2nd curb cut.
Walk appears to overlap the restaurant.
Place new coniferous closer to each other to eliminate gaps in winter wind protection.

Can you explain the comment regarding the new walkway creating a second curb cut? What would be the acceptable location, locating it near the driveway curb cut?

These suggestions, to me, do not seem to downgrade too much.
I hope this solution would be considered a pass.

The walkways don't click right next to the Restaurant and Tower. Its either over or short. I chose over
