looks like the 107' contour line is too close to the building slab. It still needs to comply with the max slope ( so half of 5'-0 would be 2'-6" offset from the slab.

I don't agree, NOLAcane. Program states FFE is to be 6" above the 'level area.' There is no program requirement to slope grade up to be flush with top of slab. The slab on grade elevation has zero bearing on the elevation of grade.
