Site Design Vignette Attempt #1

Postby rkeytek81 » Sun Jul 30, 2017 2:36 pm

Hi all! Just want some constructive criticism on my first attempt at the site design vignette. Here are my concerns:

1. Can you plan trees within the setback for the pond?
2. Is the view sufficiently blocked from the pedestrian plaza to the service entrance?
3. Can sidewalks be right up against buildings and/or roads?
4. Have I sufficiently blocked the prevailing winter winds from the pedestrian plaza?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

OT entry is not visible from Bentley.
There is no required offset between the PP and buildings.
Forcing service vehicles through the parking area is poor design logic.
Restaurant view of the pond 50% blocked by new coniferous trees.
