Inadequate building separation.
Pond offset sketch circles are twice the required size.
Forcing service vehicles through the parking area is not good design logic.
You could easily reduce the amount of the PP shaded by the OT.

Sparky83 thank you for the feedback. I get everything except the first statement "Inadequate building separation" are you talking about from Restaurant to OT? The sketch circle I drew is 105' radius and the program says "Locate the Restaurant and OT shall be at least 210' apart" What am I missing?

Also, were those items a fail or passable?

Try sliding it south and you will see.

Also, were those items a fail or passable? It would probably pass. Building separation error is the biggest.

Sparky83, I see now! Thank you. I had seen another person's post where they didn't have the service road all the way across the entire rectangle of the service entry like I show in mine. In essence, if I moved the restaurant over to the right (to get more distance between OT) but did not extend the service road further, would that pass?
