Testing Friday - Site Design

Questions:

1. Dorf Guide says we need two rows of trees if diagonal for wind, do I have enough?

2. Noticed that I need to also connect to existing walk way - can this walkway connect from PP to anywhere on the Public walk?

3. Program says that Office Tower and Restaurant needs to be "close" to each other. How close/far is "close?" Dorf says 10-20% of the site, but NCARB guide answer seems to be father than that.

Thanks.

2. Noticed that I need to also connect to existing walk way - can this walkway connect from PP to anywhere on the Public walk? Yes, but you didn't do that.

Inadequate building separation.
OT is not near the pond.
Service driveway violates the 5' building setback.
Why is there a walk to the drive?
Missing walk to the public walk.
A walk running along the side of the PP is redundant.
Too much of the PP is shaded by the OT.
