Site Layout - Testing in a Week

Postby bcpineau » Thu Jun 29, 2017 8:36 pm

Site layout - only kills 5 trees - comments please! Also have a couple of questions:

-Does 'sound design logic' apply to proportions of the plaza?
-Struggling with wind - how "tight" of block do you need to provide?
-can conifers hang into plaza? into parking?

Thank you!

Shape does not matter.

-Struggling with wind - how "tight" of block do you need to provide? Distance does not matter.
-can conifers hang into plaza? into parking? No. See the tree diagram in the program. You cannot walk or drive under them.

Thank you!

HCP parking should be entirely within 100' of the OT entry.

Tried this again - but flipped the parking to keep HCP entirely within 100-ft radius

Any comments? Is the driveway coming to a T with another turn into the parking lot acceptable. Could have moved the restaurant down but decreases view / increases paved area.

Thanks
