hi there,

your pedestrian plaza layout make me laugh...anyway, here are my comments.
your restaurant entrance needs to view the pond per requirement.
you need another pedestrian walkway from Bently to the plaza per requirement
I have a test this Monday too...

good luck to you and to me :)

Thank you for reviewing my site plan!

I would love to make a clean rectangular plaza but trying to chase the boundary to make 8000 sf transformed it into a crazy seahorse.
I want to make sure we are on the right track for both of our sakes. It states "The Restaurant shall have a view of the Pond." I'm assuming the restaurant not being blocked by a forest of wind breaking trees should be okay (I think/hope).
As for "need another pedestrian walkway from Bently to the plaza." I could find that wording. Maybe I'm getting tired from reading too much. The closest I could find was "the existing public walk with a continuous walkway system."

Good luck to both of us!

It is getting cleaner and faster with each attempt. Please review. Thank you!

Added a tree to block the view from the plaza. Don't want the plaza people to faint.
