Hi everyone,

I am a little uncertain if my office building meets the requirements since I turned it at an angle to have it open up to the plaza. Please let me know if you see anything else I could have done differently to fully meet the requirements.

My test is Monday June 5th, it is also my first test so I am pretty nervous. Thank you for your time I really appreciate it!

OT not near the pond. Major error.
PP not directly connected to the OT. Major error.
3 curb cuts. Only 1 allowed. Fatal.
Why are there new trees north of the service drive at the restaurant?
Why are there walks on the north & south sides of the HCP parking?
HCP parking must be entirely within 100' of the OT entry.
Why is the OT at an odd angle?
