NEVER use sketch circles to verify the minimum slope.
Why did you continue swales that head east uphill of the display?

Why are sketch circles bad for checking a minimum slope?

Here is a second try, without the swales continuing upwards - is there anything wrong here?

Why did you create berms?
Not even close to meeting the minimum slope requirement.
