NCARB Exam Guide

Anyone notice that this exam guide by NCARB has fatal errors to both its solutions? (SPD) 1) min slope exceeded on site grade 2) non-continuous walkway on site design.

Who said those are fatal?


The ncarb exam guide video series whereby they discuss "critical, major, minor errors". On a bigger note, regardless if they are fatal/non-fatal, do you now see the oddity of errors on the official NCARB Guide.

Sparky I have read your common about a discontinuous walkway being an error...

See page 26 of the ARE 4.0 Guidelines. There are errors in the sample passing solutions. They are passing, not perfect.
NCARB is too lazy/sloppy to fix their study guides, so they put that paragraph in the overall guide to cover their a$$.
