Site Design Alt 1

Hi,

Please review and comment on my drawings, and I have a general questions:

Can I plant trees(coniferous and deciduous) on the pedestrian plaza?

I noticed that people don't like to comment on the Alts very much. Since I liked doing them from a new challenge standpoint I'll give you my thoughts

* Office tower entrance isn't very visible from Bentley
* Shade of plaza: The D-Trees cast a 50'-0" shadow from the trunk. My though are to cover the plaza with shade, so every 50' of depth would have another row of trees
* A single row of C-Trees is enough for protecting from wind

Otherwise looks good.

Greatly appreciated!!

I have a few more general questions, would be great to have your input:
1) If kill one more tree would I fail for that? It is not in NCARB vignette score video, neither major, minor or critical features

2) If it is okay for the drive runs into the service loading dock?

3) Does dead end walk count as continuous walk?

4) can new trees(coniferous/deciduous) be planted within the setback of existing features?
