Distance from Intersection

When NCARB asks you to locate your entrance a minimum of 150' from the intersection (or whatever the distance happens to be) is this measured centerline-to-centerline or curb-to-curb?

From the Exam Guide:

"Provide only one 24 ft wide curb cut located no closer than ___ ft from the intersection of the centerlines of the two existing public streets".

This is how all the prompts read. So you draw a sketch circle with the center point at the intersection of the centerlines, with a radius of the minimum distance, and make sure no portion of your road is within that circle.
