Site Grading - Second Try

Here is my second try at the site grading. Let me know if I need to adjust anything :).

Chelaa it looks good the distance between your swale at the top right looks like its close to the fifty. Also you might want to keep the 108' contour spaced evenly around the bldging pad except of course where the swale begins otherwise it looks great.

Thanks Future! I checked the distance and it is under 50'. But I will definitely fix the contour.

You have regraded contour line 109 at 2 locations. I don't think there is a requirement to do 109 at the top portion, where it is within the permissible gradient limit.Is there any particular reason for doing it?

I think that area is where I was confused about and didn't know if it was neccessary.

I dont see a purpose of doing it. You are making the slope gentler between 108 and 109 allowing water to flow at a slow rate.

Yikes. I'll remember not to do that next time.

So I should only regrade an existing contour only if the slopes are not between the 2-20% near the new contours/swales?
