Can I have a side view from the OT since the entrance is not recessed? Big fail if no.
Is there an actual requirement for min/max buffer size/ Dorf recommends 5' but it is not in the program, mine are three to avoid killing trees/encroaching on the restaurant.
I assumed if near =10-20% then far is over 20%
FYI i used the radius not the diameter in estimating my setbacks.

All those conifer trees in the parking median might make it hard to park there without scratching up your benz or tesla or whatever else people are drivin in the burbs these days.
