hi everyone, i wonder if this works or if have to change the parking layout to be a three rows? Thank you

Walk west of the OT fails to connect to the PP.
New coniferous trees block 1/2 of the view of the pond from the restaurant.

Taking reference to the NCARB example, 1. you can put rows of tree right against the easement to block wind and avoid blocking he view from restaurant to pond, 2. Rotate the restaurant 180 degree. Add one tree next to service entrance.
