Pedestrian access must be provided to all 3 HCP parking spaces.
HCP spaces must be entirely within 100' of the OT entry.
Service drive should not be in the setback.
Why is there a walk to the main drive?
PP does not have to be rectilinear.
East end of the PP has no winter wind protection.
