- Do trees block view from restaurant? How much of a view is needed?
- Is PP sufficiently blocked from wind?
- Should drive be angled to save extra length?

I think the orientation of the restaurant in your solution doesn't offer a good view of the pond.
Also, the pedestrian path from the restaurant does have good direct access to the pedestrian plaza.
the HC parking could be closer to the office building and you could provide more compact parking if you reduce the center island between the parking rows.

One question, is there a minimum length that the service drive must be?

As long as the drive extends a little pass the service entrance you should be ok. Did you take the exam yet?
