You made the same initial mistake as I did. Your last easternmost topo should be 145, not 150. this sets your lot B building zoning requirement too high. Also, Your max building height is 5' too high

I know this is an old post but regarding your comment. Isn't the easternmost topo correct! To me it appears to be shown at 145 and not 150. THX
