how's this vignette look?

any insight on some of the tolerances...
1. can the building profile go over and past the grade line?
I can either be above or below...software never seems to match exactly to grade.So, i figure below grade line is better than a gap.
2.really tough to align yellow and blue zones on a curve.
Can blue show, but not yellow past the blue
3. okay if grade line at the 5 mark...sometimes look like 6 or 4
