I appreciate if you could comment on my vignette.
What is the tolerance for buildable building line intersection with ground? I couldn't touch the ground exactly. Should before or after the ground line?

When it said "The maximum building height limit between 0-40ft of the east property line of Lot B shall be xx ft above grade at the property line", does it always from the right? or from the highest point of grade?

The tolerances on the vignette mean that you don't need to stress if you are as close as you are. Generally, people recommend crossing the grade line slightly with your building envelopes. I did this and passed. You probably can also use fewer circles for your curve, but if you had enough time to do the vignette this way, don't change it.

Regarding the maximum building height limit, this will vary by vignette. In this case, it is above grade at the property line, but it may not be that way on the exam.

Your vignette looks good!
