A few questions:
1 - I am wondering how much wiggle room is there on the diagonal angle for the max ht plane? Is it a .02 tolerance or 5 degree tolerance, does anyone have an idea?
2 - Do side setbacks come off the property line and not the easement?
3 - Was not sure about the surface improvements area crossing over the high water line, I think I need to double check what the program says but wondering if anyone else has any suggestions.

Studying for PPP test date next monday and my last test was CDS. I will post my solution next time but was not able to get a clear screenshot due to a laggy connection. Thanks in advance for all your help.

1 - NCARB's own PPP Vignette demonstration video brings this up and says the system has a tolerance set in. Get it as close as possible.
2 - Setbacks are from the property line. If there's an easement that's wider than the setback code requires, then the easement overrules the setback wherever it overlays.
3 - High water line offset is 25' for this practice vignette. surface improvement area starts after this offset.
