Vignette First Attempt & Questions about Accuracy

Posting first attempt at vignette - comments would be great, thank you in advance

Also - regarding accuracy; I've read a few posts about possible test fails that could be related to accuracy of the snaps in the software. I understand NCARB has tolerances built in - but is there any rule of thumb as to where the setbacks should go to? i.e. set back from the centerline of the property line? or setback from just inside the property line (the prop line has thickness)? Same for the lake setback? Am I reading too much into this? Thanks
