Vignette Review

I am testing on Thursday and this is my first attempt at this Vignette after reviewing Rudgers PDF and following this video guide:

Does anyone know what the tolerances are on this Vignette? I get a little uneasy sketching the surface improvement area and building construction along the 25' waterline. What if the building/surface improvement elements do not overlap perfectly in this area?
