I'm pretty sure your site improvements area can go over the drainage area.. so the setback there should only be 5' away from the property line, but maybe someone else can verify this...

Hi, thanks for the input.

One of the restrictions was - Construction of buildings and other surface improvements is prohibited within 25ft of the lake high water line.

maybe I'm interpreting that wrong. Thought that meant that all site work needed to be held 25ft back.

Ah, I totally did. I was referring to the lake set back but you are talking about the easement. I'll fix that.
