Checked this against the NCARB exam guide, and it looks to be like a passing solution. My only question is, how to finish the building envelope against the grade? I usually just draw the building envelope along the grade line. Does that work?

The grade line is incorrect where it dips at 125' to 120'. Just noticed that. Need to slow down while doing the grade.

Hi,

Do not draw the building profile along the grade line. This is unnecessary and not recommended to do on the exam.
