Attached is my first pass at the alternate vignette using Section AA.
Here are my assumptions:
1. benchmark elevation not given- I zoomed in and assumed it was at 111'
2. Lot B east property line not give- I assumed it was at 147'
So my height restrictions were as follows:
1. Max building height across both lots: 111'+80' = 191'
2. Max building height between Lot A west boundary and 65' east: 111+45= 156'
3. Max building height between Lot B east boundary and 40' west: 147+20=167'
4. 30deg angle rises from 20' above B.M.E: 111+20=131'
