During exam break can u have some snacks inside the testing center or can go outside?since im not feeling well so asking this.

It may depend on the test center, or perhaps even ncarb rules. Not sure. But the test center I go to, you can snack, but you cannot go outside.

so you can check notes in the car! no prometrics does not let you leave or use phone or anything. NCARB asks to keep you.

I was able to leave the test center during the official 15 minute break (went to the grocery store and got a snack)... but not during bathroom breaks.

Ask your testing center about their rules before you go... every one is different.

I was allowed snacks but no phone and no getting in the elevator or leaving the floor I guess.

I could leave the building and use my cell phone, look at notes, etc, during the 15min break.

I'm not sure about unofficial bathroom breaks during exam time, my testing center is in a suite in a large office building, the bathroom is in the lobby outside of the testing center rooms.

I was about to use my phone during the scheduled break (to check on a sick family member) but the staff member told me not to. So I did as told and put my device away, before actually using it.

However, I still got an email warning from the testing center that they still informed NCARB of this.
Does NCARB use this against you while scoring your test?

NCARB sent out an email answering this, earlier this week. It could invalidate your exam and they could suspend your testing.
