Alt Forum Vignette

I have a question,

when i solved this vignette which is the Alt Forum vignette section AA, noticed that in my solution i started the east builing maximum builing height of 40' (given in the program Ncarb 4.0) from the last contour mark and not from the end of the east line of the property. The solutions I saw in forum (I cannot post there i have no permission for some reason) starts the 40' from the east property line of lot b, making my solution wrong.

The question is:

We always draw the east and west height limits from the property line ?

mscint, unless the program says otherwise, that should be a true statement - you should start your height limit at the property line.
