Log into your ncarb account. They have all of them there.

once logged in Click Green "Go" button next to "NCARB Record"
or
just past this in browserhttps://my.ncarb.org/Home/Records

You'll see a link in the lower right grey menu about "Construction Doc... resources from AIA"

I knew they were in there somewhere, but I had a little trouble finding it in their new interface, hope that helps.
