Hi! Could you please help me a bit with understanding the process:

I just found out that I passed my last exam but two of my exams expired 5 months ago.... on my account I cannot retake them. Why? there is no way to schedule them? What shall I do?

Also I just learned that due to some circumstances you could get an extension. I had a child 2 years ago, do you think I can filed for extension or is it too late? My exams expired 4-5 months ago.

Call NCARB.

You may have to contact your State board. I lost an exam that I had passed because it was over five years old. I was not able to schedule a retake through Prometric until the State board here in California did something to notify Prometric or NCARB. Once they did that, I was able to schedule to take the exam again in the normal manner (online at the Prometric site).
