Just took BDCS and the computer crashed during the multiple choice and vignettes. Eventually switched computers for the vignettes but lost minutes of testing time and all my focus. Do not feel confident about the results, any advice on how to proceed with NCARB?

Call them and report the issue.

Notify NCARB immediately and retain all communication notes (phone/e-mail) with the NCARB office.
If you call and there is no answer, keep records of all of your attempts to contact them along with the results and what they told you when you do have a chance to speak with an NCARB representative. Also, e-mail the test center to confirm your experience noting the time and date and make sure you keep hard copies of all of the documentation until you complete all of the ARE requirements.
