Failing 3 times in a year

Failing 3 times in a year

As I prepare to take CDS for the third time, I am starting to get nervous about the upcoming retirement of 4.0 and what another failure of this division will mean for me. After referring to the most current ARE 4.0 Guide Lines, I am still not sure. Does "a running year" mean from the first time I took the division? My first attempt at CDS was 3/4/17, so if I fail it December 23rd, I wont get to take it again until 3/5/18? Is this correct?
