Anyone know what this legalize "contact hours" means in Illinois speak? It's regarding continuing education. Seems like it means an educational activity that must be done in person. There are 16 contact hours needed out of the 24 total in Illinois. Not sure if you can get by all of it by doing online courses.

i) Definitions
