I tested on 7/15, and no exam results yet. First time this happens to me. I hate the waiting and not knowing. Nothing we can do apparently

Yep, same thing here. I tested on Saturday July 15th. My last two exams I received results by the following Thursday. Now 10 days later and nothing. Ugh, the anxiety of not knowing is getting to me:(

Funny thing is the Wednesday after my test I had a dream that this happened. Now it is the next Tuesday and I am beginning to wonder.

I hope not also. I had a good feeling about it after I left the test center. I haven't been studying ever since I took the exam, and so I have lost my momentum. It would suck to begin studying for the same exam again.

I took SS as well. I've moved on SD to keep momentum and taking it the 21st. I'm so close, but so far.

Surprise... never got a call back from NCARB. Called again this morning, and all calls were being forwarded to voicemail. Then sent in an emailed customer service request, no response to that either.

I'm so happy I give these people all my money. Totally worth it.

When I called Prometric, they had my results, so the problem is with NCARB. You can call their customer service number and give them your test confirmation number and they can tell you if they have your score or not (they just won't tell you what it is, because why would that happen in a world).

wait, they have a phone number?! i've emailed them before and the only response i've gotten was "unexpected volumes, you'll be answered in the order in which received" with nothing else. if they're not answering phones or emails or sending out results, what are they doing?

o man, i kind of want to call them to see if my score is getting clogged up by ncarb now too, but somehow that might make the waiting even worse if they dont tell me what it is. at least we know its ncarb. i was starting to think i imagined taking this exam.

i cant believe they get their scores back so quickly. and i read that ncarb is aiming at instant scores, as in you know when you leave the testing facility. AND more levels of fail if you fail, 1, 2, 3, and 4! they're making this way too easy

Okay - here is the latest update (spent all morning on the phone with NCARB and Prometric, spoke with supervisors, etc.)

I guess the power outage affected everyone a little differently, some weren't affected at all. NCARB uses various vendors to score the tests, so when NCARB gets our scores from the vendors, that is when NCARB is able to see the score, and when we are able to see them as well. Which explains why NCARB is no help...they can only see as much as you can. I guess the ability to get scores from certain vendors was compromised when the power outage happened. So they assured me that no scores were lost, and there are several backups, but right now, whatever allows them to SEE the scores is still not working. They are hoping to get this resolved by Friday.

They are working through each case on a case-by-case basis, and researching how this happened. So, if you are being affected by this, you may want to call them so they are aware. This was not a blanket issue, and if you don't tell them you are affected, they may not know.

Oh an apparently they were closed on Tuesday for an "offsite meeting". If you tried to get in touch with them yesterday, they basically closed their doors without any notice. Find comfort in that.

Good to know. Thanks for the update! I need to call Ncarb and Prometric tomorrow AM looks like. Is there a number that works? I will just look up online for their contact info. Thanks again!

i guess this one just took a little longer to grade, becuase here we are, the second thursday after my test and i got the score report back! ---it's a pass

Saw your post and said to myself I should just login - I usually get an email in the afternoon. It was a PASS!!!!!

AHH! yay guys! they must have been so bogged down. Glad we all passed!

I tested on 7/17 in NJ. No results yet, but hopefully they're only pushed back one day....

I took SPD on July 15th, This morning I got my result as well. The pass was worth the wait! Yesssss

Got my results this morning, and its a PASS! That's all for me! 7 for 7, so happy to be done with this!
