Postby Anob » Wed Apr 17, 2019 5:33 am

The project contains two R-3 units on a shared lot separated by a party.

What is the required fire resistance rating of the
party wall?

My answer: 2hr rated
Hyperfine answer: 3hr rated

Am I missing something

I got 3-hours the first time I did it too and you may have been using the wrong R-occupancy group. I misread the code first round (the forever lesson on these questions, gotta read SLOWLY and CORRECTLY) and put it in the wrong R group.
