What is the min. grade slope at foundation/exterior wall?
Per IBC 2012 it is 5% but I see in the study guides it’s 2%.

What are the study guides you've mentioned?

My usual response...
If authoritative source material and study guides disagree, why would you go with the study guide?

But, discrepancies should give you pause. In this case, there's a difference between soil and impervious material. You need to pay attention to details.

I agree coach, I think Kaplan or ballast mentioned to use 2% slope.

No response from you, but the reason I ask is that only a small percentage of candidates have found your chosen study material to be valuable for PPD / PDD. Unfortunately, the odds will be against you.

Also, as you quote IBC 2012, note that per NCARB:

Also starting on October 1, ARE 5.0 will reference the newest version of the AIA Contract Documents and the 2015 International Building Code—which you can download for free online.

"Study guieds / books /materials are like everyone has mentioned so far:"
Who is "everyone"? You're making some unfortunate hasty assumptions.
You really need to do first some reading on the NCARB site and forum. You've got several complete wastes of time on your list.
