I know we've been in touch about this exam. Could you remind me of your study resources? This exam is unusual among the 5.0 exams. The questions take a long time to solve. I found that a lot of what I studied for SPD in 4.0 was in it, particularly road issues, building views and orientations, and grading.
Find any ARE 3.1 Predesign study information you can. It's gold for this exam. I think if you search "Iron Warrior" on this forum, you can find the NCARB study guide from 3.1. It has sample questions that are very useful.
Road/drive planning information from Ballast was pretty acceptable.
The Programming portion is best handled through reading the first section of Problem Seeking by Pena.
I got some good information from Youtube by watching some videos of lectures by Andreas Duany. These were sort of old, but seem to be on the level of the exams. The exam seems to prefer New Urbanist solutions.
