Easement on a land?

Easement on a land?

If a house was built on existing easement area, and it's financially impossible to move the house.
Is there any way we can apply for exemption/hardship etc.? Like conditional use permit or zoning variance?

Easements have nothing to do with zoning. It's entirely dependent on the type of easement and if the beneficiaries of the easement are willing to alter or abandon it.

It's basically a civil matter.
