Taking the PSI Exam - pencil? scratch paper? etc...

Hi All,
I am taking the CSE on Tuesday afternoon and I had a couple of questions regarding some minutiae about taking the exam. I have read the CSE Handbook and wanted to further clarify a couple things that are either not in the handbook or I am curious about:
1) Is scratch paper given, or just the project scenario handouts?
2) Are you given a pencil/pen?
3) Is there a "strikeout" feature like there is in the ARE? I found this helpful when I wouldn't know the answer to a question to strike out the ones that I knew were incorrect so when I came back to the question to review it later, it would be easier to know which answers were no longer in the running. In the absence of this, scratch paper and pencil would be nice, hence questions 1 and 2.
4) Any last minute advice???? Haha... I am getting a little nervous now that I am down to the wire!
Thanks all!
