Both WE and Woo (for new test plan) say that per CalGreen wastewater reduction must be 20%, however I can not find any information about this in 2016 CalGreen (I did find it in 2013), same with developing water budget. Has anyone else tried to search for this?

CALgreen has *mandatory* requirements and *optional* measures.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 are both optional, which means they only apply if they have been adopted by a local jurisdiction or if a project voluntarily chooses to go above and beyond mandatory measures.
